The project site covers approximately 6 km² within the Lelatema Fold Belt in the Mererani region of northern Tanzania, part of the East African Graphite Belt and the broader Mozambique Belt geological system. This belt is globally renowned for its high-grade metamorphic rocks enriched with graphite, as well as for hosting world-famous gemstones such as tanzanite and tsavorite. Tanzanite, mined here for more than four decades at depths of 1 to 1.5 km, underscores the significant mineralization of the area. Several deposits within the belt have already confirmed large- to jumbo-flake graphite with grades ranging from 6% to 12% TGC, and the concession’s geology is dominated by graphitic schists and gneisses, indicating strong potential for high-quality flake graphite mineralization. With rising global demand for critical minerals used in EV batteries, energy storage systems, and advanced industrial applications, the site is strategically positioned to contribute to Tanzania’s growth as a leading graphite supply hub.
The project site offers excellent logistical connectivity to domestic and international transport networks, located just 35 to 40 kilometers from Kilimanjaro International Airport for convenient access to personnel and light cargo. It is also well linked by paved highways to major international ports, ensuring reliable export channels in all seasons to the global markets. This strategic location, combined with robust infrastructure, enhances the project’s commercial viability for graphite mining, processing, and global supply. Importantly, the project will be powered entirely by green energy, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability
Our company was established with a vision to become a reliable player in the global graphite industry. The company has acquired its first prospecting license in the Lelatema Fold Belt and is carrying out exploration through mapping, sampling, and geophysical studies. It is applying for a mining license, procuring equipment, and planning a modern processing plant with laboratory and warehouse facilities. The company aims to commission the plant and begin full-scale production by end of December 2026, establishing a dependable supply chain of high-quality graphite for domestic and international markets, particularly in the energy storage and industrial sectors.
We provide end-to-end graphite solutions, from mining and processing to refining and technical services.
Our mining operations integrate both open-pit and underground graphite extraction, supported by advanced geological surveying and resource planning to maximize efficiency and output. With strategically located mine sites containing high-grade carbon content, we ensure sustainable value creation through environmentally responsible and socially conscious mining practices.
The graphite processing operations feature multi-stage flotation and purification. ISO-certified quality control ensures product consistency, while custom particle sizing and classification allow precise tailoring for industrial, technological, and energy storage applications.
Our product portfolio includes flake graphite in small, medium, large, and jumbo sizes, high-purity graphite suitable for battery anodes, and specialized graphite compounds and blends tailored for advanced technological uses.
We are planning to establish capabilities in material testing and performance analysis, custom formulation development, and technical consultation to support diverse graphite applications in industrial, energy storage, and advanced technology sectors
Graphite naturally occurs in different flake sizes, and these variations directly influence both the market value and the range of industrial applications. Larger flakes are rarer and generally attract premium prices, while finer flakes are more common but widely used in battery and industrial applications. Tests from our site show graphite with 6% to 12% grade. Over 40% is jumbo flakes, which are rare and sell for higher prices. Because of this good grade and high jumbo flake content, our deposit has strong market value and big potential.
At our company, sustainability is not just a policy – it is a core philosophy that guides our decisions and actions every day. We believe that businesses can be profitable while protecting the environment, caring for people, and creating long-term value for society. We collaborate with employees, partners, communities, and customers to amplify our positive impact. By working together, we can ensure that business growth goes hand-in-hand with environmental care and social responsibility. Our approach is built around three pillars: People, Planet, and Progress.
This phase focuses on establishing the geological potential, resource quality, and economic feasibility of the project before large-scale investment in mining and processing.
Once the resource base is confirmed, the project transitions into operational development
This phase focuses on growth, vertical integration, and diversification into other critical minerals.
